The AIG Bonus Tax is clearly unconstitutional, according to Article I, Section 9; Clause 3, which says: "No bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed." Here are the conferees that will sort of the monster "stimulus" bill the House and Senate passed. Including the email addresses for these Sen/Reps and their staffs....go to work now demanding "all the pork be removed, nothing in there but "emergency" items, or reject the entire effort......no compromise.
